A Terrific Day Exploring With Simon
“Lynette and I recently spent a wonderful day with Simon from In and Beyond Bath exploring Stonehenge and then walking historic Bath. Simon was terrific to work with from our initial email exchange to a short telephone conversation to finalize our plans for the day. Simon was incredibly helpful with the logistics of taking the train from Paddington to BathSpa. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Simon - extremely knowledgeable about Stonehenge and how best to visit. And we had a wonderful time walking through historic Bath even finding time to stop for a very nice coffee. All in all a very pleasant experience in working with Simon followed by a wonderful day of exploring. If you are interested in visiting Stonehenge and / or Bath, we would highly, highly recommend In and Beyond Bath. We are looking forward to a return engagement with Simon to explore the Cotswolds.” - 2024, Cassey22302

Stimulating trip.
“Max, our guide, gave our group a great experience. His commentary made the trip down to Stonehenge fly by and kept everybody engaged. It hardly needs to be said that he shared his considerable knowledge of Stonehenge’s history and apparent purpose and put it all in context of the bigger archaeological picture of the Downs.” - 2022, A1142DDjohne

Fabulous
“Thank you, Jules, for a wonderful trip. He picked us up, along with our luggage, and drove us all around, getting to know us and giving highlights of the locale on the way to Stonehenge. Once ther, we sat in the cafe and heard the history and theories about the place then got on the bus to tour the monument. Afterwards, he dropped us at the trian station so we could continue our journey to London.” - 2020, bubba78236

Great trip to Stonehenge with a guide that left me with questions
“Our guide, greeted us by name - a small detail but significant. During the ride from Bath to Stonehenge he gave us some knowledge about the area. The admission to Stonehenge was already paid for so we went straight to the sight. Our guide told us about the history and there were discussions about the origins and purpose of this ancient structure, leaving us with more questions when we departed. Stonehenge must be lived and this trip was perfect to live it and wanting to study more about it. On the way back he went out of his way to show us some interesting sights in Bath and told us stories from the past. I can definitely recommend this trip.” - 2019, Maps587628

A perfect way to visit Bath and see Stonehenge
“We took the half day morning trip to Stonehenge with a well informed tour guide who was also a very safe driver. We got an excellent sense of the civilization that built Stonehenge as well as how Stonehenge was built. The previous day we traveled from London to Bath on a 9 AM train, visit the Roman ruins, have a nice lunch, and then join In & Beyond Bath for a 5 star tour of the Cotswolds. We had a nice dinner and stayed at the Abbey hotel in Bath. The next morning we took the half-day tour of Stonehenge with In & Beyond. Afterwards, we had another nice lunch and took the 3:15 PM train back to London. It made for a two day relaxed visit to Bath, the Cotswolds and Stonehenge… We highly recommend using In & Beyond Bath.” - 2019, Wineandtravels
